Doors open
Access to the auditorium half an hour before the start of concerts and performances (one hour before for lectures before the start of each opera).

Theatre programmes
The programme for operas is sold for €5.
The programme for concerts and shows for the general public is free.

Cloakrooms
Cloakrooms are available to the public free of charge.

Foyer-bar
Open during the interval at the Opéra and the Salle Poirel, and half an hour before the start of operas following the "le quart d'heure pour comprendre" lecture.
The non-alcoholic drinks on sale are all from regional producers.
Avoid waiting at the box office during the interval: reserve your drinks directly from our online ticket office* or at the box office Place Stanislas at any time !
*Go to the "Gift vouchers and meal tickets" tab (pick up your tickets at the box office).

Latecomers
Out of respect for the audience and the artists, latecomers will only be allowed access to their seats at the interval. No refunds or ticket exchanges will be made for late arrivals, as the show times are clearly indicated on the tickets.

People with disabilities

Seats are reserved for wheelchair users.

Recordings
It is strictly forbidden to photograph, film or record shows.
