Tickets: Useful information

NEW! Ticket sales open on Monday 1 July 2024 at 1pm at the Opéra and at 2pm at the salle Poirel for all shows in the season.

At the box office

At the Opéra national Lorraine, place Stanislas, Monday through Friday from 1 pm to 7 pm, as well as one hour before the performance for the show of the same date (90 minutes for operas scheduled on Sundays).

Summer opening hours from 1 to 26 July 2024 from 1 pm to 5 pm.
Reopening of the Opera box office on 2 September 2024 from 1 pm to 7 pm.

Special opening on Saturdays 14 and 21 December 2024 from 1pm to 5pm.
Exceptionally closed on Friday 6 December 2024.

At the salle Poirel, 3 rue Victor Poirel, Monday through Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm, as well as one hour before the performance for the show of the same date. The salle Poirel only sells tickets for concerts taking place there.

Online

Online ticketing is available for all shows of the season.
Tickets purchased online can:

be downloaded in PDF format (e-ticket);
be picked up at the box office during opening hours, or the day of the event at the Opéra or salle Poirel upon presentation of the purchase confirmation or reservation number.

Those entitled to reduced fares must produce their proof of entitlement on request.

E-tickets

To gain access to the main hall, please take your A4 e-ticket with you or present it on your smartphone at the ticket office. Reduced-rate ticket holders will need to present their proof of entitlement at the ticket office on request.

By post

Your reservations must be accompanied by a cheque made payable to the Régie de recettes de l'Opéra and a copy of your ID (as well as a stamped envelope with your name and address if you wish to have your tickets sent by post), and sent to the Opéra national de Lorraine, Billetterie, 1 rue Sainte-Catherine, 54000 Nancy.

You can reserve and pay by giving your credit card details directly over the telephone.

Payment by cheque

You have three days in which to pay for your booking by sending a cheque made payable to the Régie de recettes de l'Opéra and a copy of your ID (as well as a stamped envelope with your name and address if you wish to have your tickets sent by post) to the Opéra national de Lorraine, Billetterie, 1 rue Sainte-Catherine, 54000 Nancy. Please indicate your booking reference on the back of the cheque.
