The health pass in digital or paper version is mandatory to access all our shows.
Thus, you will be required to attest* to one of the following three pieces of evidence:
* Health pass attest is mandatory for any spectator aged of more than 12 years old and two months.
Anyone who does not have a valid health pass will be denied access to the concert or show they were to attend, no exchange or refund will be granted.
Spectators who took a subscription before the announcement of the health pass (in June or July 2021) can request a refund of their subscription from the ticket office. We remind you that refunds for 2020-2021 cancelled shows have been closed since September 30, 2021.
The teams of the Opéra national de Lorraine continue to apply a strict sanitary protocol during performances and your travels on site. We remind you that the wearing of the mask is mandatory for everyone in the grounds of the Opera and Room Poirel. Hydroalcoholic gel is available on site.
