Programme 3 : Evening 2

A meeting between several groups of dancers to explore infinite possibilities of the ensemble. The CCN - Ballet de Lorraine will first present selected excerpts from its repertoire in order to show the variety of its aesthetics and the talent of its dancers. Two tributes first, with two pieces by Petter Jacobsson and Thomas Caley: Air-Condition inspired by the work of Yves Klein, and For Four Walls in memory of the collaboration between Merce Cunningham and John Cage. Then a return to Merce Cunningham's timeless repertoire with Sounddance, and finally Miguel Gutierrez's incandescent Cela nous concerne tous (This concerns all of us), to end the season on a high note.

But also guest companies, who will come to represent other dance universes: the CCN •  Ballet de l'Opéra national du Rhin will present a piece commissioned by Lucinda Childs, then the company Les Porteurs d'Ombre - Dominique Brun will present Un Bolero, recreated especially with artists from the CCN - Ballet de Lorraine company! Finally, choreographers Johanna Faye and Saïdo Lehlouh will celebrate the richness of a rebellious and underground hip-hop scene, between virtuosity of the bodies and live music, in a spirit of collective jam.

A program over several evenings, in the form of festivities in honor of the multiplicity of forms, influences and views, all sublimated by the energy and pleasure of being numerous on stage and in the audience.
