Subscriptions: Practical information

The opening and processing dates for subscriptions may be postponed depending on official announcements concerning the COVID-19 epidemic.

By post

Subscription requests may be sent by post as of 6 July 2020. They will be processed from 10 August 2020 (in the order of arrival, as evidenced by the postmark).

By hand at the Opera box office
As of 7 September 2020. A postbox will be available for you to deposit your subscription application. Please note: no subscriptions may be taken out at the box office before 14 September 2020.

On-line
Due to the health situation that requires us to adapt our seating limits, it will not be possible to subscribe on-line for the moment.

E-Ticket

To gain admittance to the auditorium, please bring your A4-size printed e-ticket with you or present it on your smartphone at the entrance. Spectators enjoying reduced rates will have to present their proof of eligibility at the doors upon request.

In the “Grand Est” Region, Opera and Orchestra subscribers enjoy a 10% reduction (excluding subscriptions) on performances at the Metz Métropole Opera-Theatre, the Reims Opera and the Opéra national du Rhin upon presentation of their subscriber card.

It is possible to pay in two or three instalments. Please send us the completed and signed direct debit form, together with bank details.
