Exchange and reimbursement terms for cancelled performances

Refunds for cancelled shows of the 2020-2021 Season will be available until Thursday 30 September 2021.

We continue to process reimbursments for the following cancelled shows:

For these cancelled shows, you can either exchange your tickets for another show of the season, opt for a credit note valid for 1 year, or request a repayment of your tickets via this form.

Terms and conditions of repayment

Refunds can be requested:

  • Online via this form
  • By post to Lorraine national Opera, Reimbursement Department, 1 rue Sainte-Catherine, 54000 NANCY

If you wish to request a refund by post, your file must include:

  • Your customer number (found on the counterfoil or side of your ticket, next to your name),
  • Your order number (found on the counterfoil of your ticket, under your name),
  • A bank statement (IBAN with BIC code) whose name must imperatively correspond to the name on the ticket, and which shows the account number, name and postal address of the bank account holder.

Audiences who have bought their tickets at the Salle Poirel ticket office (for concerts performed by the Lorraine national Opera Orchestra) must follow the recommendations mentioned above. Reimbursement will also be managed by the Opera.
