Tickets: Practical information

Subscriptions purchased online can be:
o Downloaded in PDF format (e-ticket);
o Picked up at the box office during opening hours or on the day of the performance at the Opera or the Salle Poirel (open 1 hour before the start of the performance) upon presentation of the purchase receipt or booking number.

E-billet

To gain admittance to the theatre, please bring either an e-ticket printed in A4 format or present it on your smartphone at the ticket control point. Those with reduced-rate tickets must be able to present the relevant ID at the ticket control if requested.

By post

Your bookings must be accompanied by a cheque made payable to: Régie de recettes de l’Opéra, together with a copy of your valid ID, a self-addressed stamped envelope (bearing your name and address) mailed to: L’Opéra national de Lorraine, Billetterie, 1 rue sainte Catherine, 54000 Nancy.

By telephone

Call the Lorraine National Opera on: 03 83 85 33 11, Monday through Friday from 1 pm to 7 pm.
Call the Salle Poirel on: 03 83 32 31 25, Monday through Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Remote sales

You can book tickets and pay for them over the phone. Just call us and provide us with your credit card details.

Payments by cheque

You have three days to pay for your booking: mail us a cheque made payable to: Régie de recettes de l’Opéra, together with a copy of your valid ID, a self-addressed stamped envelope (bearing your name and address) to: L’Opéra national de Lorraine, Billetterie, 1 rue sainte Catherine, 54000 Nancy. Please write your booking reference number on the rear of the cheque.

Payments at the theatre

If you book tickets in the three days preceding the performance of your choice, you can pay for those tickets at the Opera’s box office on the day of the performance up to 90 minutes before curtain-up.

At the box office

At the Lorraine National Opera, place Stanislas, Monday through Friday from 1 pm to 7 pm, as well as one hour before the concert or performance on the date it is scheduled (90 minutes for operas scheduled on Sundays). The box office will also open specially on Saturday December 12th and Saturday December 19th, 2020.
At the Salle Poirel, 3 rue Victor Poirel, Monday through Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm, as well as one hour before the concert on the date it is scheduled. The Salle Poirel only sells tickets for concerts taking place there.

 

Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged except in the event that a scheduled performance is cancelled.
